【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司核心业务系统的后端开发及维护，主要技术栈为 SpringBoot + Vue；
2. 独立负责或参与 Python 相关模块、脚本、数据处理及服务开发；
3. 参与大模型相关应用的架构设计与研发，包括基于 MCP 的服务集成、RAG 系统的搭建与优化、AI Agent 的功能开发与落地；
4. 参与系统需求分析，完成接口设计与代码编写，确保高性能与高可用；
5. 完成 MySQL 数据库设计、SQL 优化，以及 Redis 缓存架构的设计与实现；
6. 负责系统在 Linux 环境下的部署、配置、调试与日常运维；
7. 协同产品及测试团队，保证项目按时高质量交付；
8. 编写规范的技术文档，主动攻克技术难点，持续优化现有系统。
【任职要求】
1. 基础功底：计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上后端开发经验；
2. Java 技术栈：精通 Java 语言，熟练使用 SpringBoot 全家桶，有实际的 Vue 前后端分离项目协作经验；
3. Python 与大模型能力：熟练掌握 Python，具备大模型应用开发实战经验，熟悉 MCP 协议及工具开发，能独立完成 RAG 系统的设计与调优，有 AI Agent 开发经验；
4. 模型相关：了解主流大模型的基本原理、接口调用与提示词工程；有模型服务化部署、向量数据库的使用经验者优先；
5. 数据存储：熟练使用 MySQL，具备良好的 SQL 调优能力；熟悉 Redis 常见数据类型及应用场景；
6. 系统运维：熟练使用 Linux 操作系统，掌握常用命令，具备 Shell 脚本编写及服务部署排查能力；
7. 职业素养：责任心强，能主动承担并推进任务；具备钻研精神，乐于攻克技术难点；具备良好的团队协作与沟通意识。
