【岗位职责】
1.负责培训、会议、能源、交通、具身智能等各种场景架构搭建与设计
2.负责组织和培训初级研发人员，进行系统深入协同
3.通过对业务和产品的理解，协同数据、算法完成跨团队协作，确保系统架构内外设计合理或保障项目质量与进度;
3.攻克服务中高并发，高稳定性，数据处理，业务合规要求带来的各种挑战及技术难关；
4.具备较强的技术架构能力，推动团队减少技术重复建设，通过组建化，服务化，平台化的建设，降低系统间依赖，提升系统稳定性，可扩展性，提升开发效率；

【任职要求】
1.全日制本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业
2.五年以上Java开发经验，2年以上的大型分布式系统开发经验。
3.精通Java编程基础，集合框架、多线程并发、IO/NIO、网络通信、常用设计模式等
4.精通Tomcat、MySQL、Redis等常用开源容器及关系型/非关系型（NoSQL）数据库
5.精通Spring、Springboot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、ElasticSearch、Kafka、Zookeeper、Dubbo等常用开源框架及中间件
7.熟练掌握前端开发流程，解决主流浏览器兼容问题，精通浏览器调试工具，网络调试工具,有大型协同软件开发者优先
8.有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统开发经验
9.思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，较强的表达和沟通能力，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力
10.有互联网电商、支付等业务至少一种从业经验，具备电商交易系统架构能力优先
11、具有良好的代码书写规范并且有架构经验，会用git管理代码
