职位职责
1. 负责多平台信息爬取与页面内容提取分析，破解各类反爬机制（验证码、IP封锁、账号风控等）
2. 优化数据抓取链路
3. 研究爬虫策略与防屏蔽规则，解决封禁、页面跳转等难题，提升抓取效率与数据质量
4. 结合大模型场景，构建半自动/自动化定向抓取系统，推动数据抓取平台化建设
5. 跟踪前沿反爬技术，持续优化爬虫架构与性能
核心能力
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/人工智能/网络安全相关专业，3年以上Python爬虫开发经验
2. 精通动态网页抓取、浏览器模拟（Selenium/Playwright），熟练使用抓包工具（Fiddler/Charles）
3. 具备大规模数据抓取经验，熟悉大模型训练数据采集与优化策略者优先
技术栈要求
1. 框架：精通Scrapy/Selenium/Appium/Playwright等至少一种爬虫框架
2. 存储：熟练使用MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、Elasticsearch
3. 运维：熟悉Linux系统（日常部署/维护）、Docker、Kubernetes
4. 架构：熟悉分布式爬虫架构、消息队列（RabbitMQ）及网络协议（HTTP/HTTPS/TCP/IP）

1. 有招聘网站数据抓取经验的优先
2. 熟悉数据清洗流程及大模型数据处理规范
