4 对设备故障的原因进行统计、分析，提出纠正措施，降低设备的故障率；建立设备维修质量、维修成本控制；
5 负责所管理设备设施日常维修、点检、巡查管理工作；
6 负责对所管理设备设施的维修人员技术培训、安全教育。
任职要求：
1 大学本科；
2 机械制造/机电一体化专业；
3 具有设备维修知识，具有一定管理的基本知识，具有一定的数理统计知识；
4 具有芯片生产现场设备维修经历；
5 具有一定的管理能力，较强的沟通协调能力。
