2、参与项目需求分析,进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。

4、确保所负责的服务模块达到指定的质量标准（功能、性能、可靠性、高并发、扩展性、可维护性）。
5、负责解决系统中的关键问题和技术难题，负责服务端代码的迭代更新和维护，快速定位并修复缺陷。
6、跨部门沟通需求，参与技术评审；指导新人，营造良好技术氛围。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，熟悉PHP实现和工作原理，三年以上LNMP/LAMP开发经验，并具备良好的编程风格。
2、精通Laravel/Lumen等主流框架，有Swoole/Swoft/Hypert开发经验者优先。
3、精通PHP、MySQL性能优化，并有至少一个以上大中型php项目优化经验。
4、具有消息队列Kafka、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ等开发和优化经验(至少一种)。
5、有能快速发现和解决系统存在的性能问题的能力，扎实的算法和数据结构基础，良好的逻辑分析能力。
6、良好的沟通能力、学习和领悟能力，工作态度严谨认真，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神；良好的执行能力和抗压能力，能很好地完成预定任务。
7、需要有WMS、TMS、ERP、CRM、OMS等相关经验。
