一、岗位职责
1.负责智慧润滑云平台的Java后端开发工作，熟练运用Java技术栈完成API接口设计与业务逻辑实现，保障系统的稳定性与数据一致性。
2.负责跨团队技术协同与工程规范落地，对齐需求与接口标准，编写清晰的技术方案与接口文档，沉淀可复用的通用业务组件。
3.参与后端技术架构的迭代优化，针对微服务系统的性能瓶颈开展JVM调优、慢SQL治理、缓存策略升级等工作，设计并实现限流、降级、熔断等高可用机制，支撑业务规模的持续扩张。
4.跟进线上系统的全生命周期运维保障，快速定位并处置线上故障，持续迭代优化系统的可观测性能力。
5.跟踪Java生态与AI工程化前沿技术，推动新技术在业务场景中的合理选型与落地实践。
二、任职要求
1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，5年以上后端开发经验。
2.熟悉工业自动化领域常用协议（ModbusTCP、MQTT等），有协议适配或工业设备对接经验者优先。
3.有1-2个工业软件、物联网（IoT）或硬件集成类项目后端开发经验，曾参与“硬件设备+软件系统”协同项目者优先。
三、技能要求
1.扎实掌握JVM、类装载机制、多线程并发、IO、网络编程等底层技术。
2.精通Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud及Spring Cloud Alibaba微服务生态;熟练使用SpringDataJpa、MyBatis/Plus等ORM框架。
3.精通MySQL/PostgreSQL、SQLite，熟悉MongoDB、ElasticSearch；深入理解数据库性能调优。
4.熟悉Redis、RocketMQ等主流中间件，了解其核心原理与应用场景。
5.熟悉Docker容器化技术，能使用Docker打包部署后端应用。
