一、岗位职责
1、产品设计阶段提前介入，预防、识别并解决各类质量问题，确保设计输出满足客户要求；对接客户沟通需求，协调落实厂内解决方案，全程跟进项目进度并按时汇报。
2、负责项目开发准备工作，统筹测量辅助治具、检具制作，制定QCP/SIP/MTD品质文件，安排产品测试、实验及产能计划，收集汇总客户所需各类资料。
3、负责测量治具、检具、AIM设备的DFM确认与承认，完成GRR、相关性等验证测试，审核整理各类设备验收报告。
4、解读客户品质及测试要求，转化为内部标准作业规范，将客户重点关注项列为厂内核心管控项，核查厂内测试设备能力，确保满足客户需求。
5、主导NPI新品及MP量产阶段不良问题分析检讨，追踪各部门改善进度，沉淀经验案例，建立预防机制防止问题复发；针对无法技术改善的问题，联动MQE、MDE评估，申请 deviation 或 spec relief。
6、负责产线品质异常及客户投诉处理，跨部门协调资源快速定位问题、及时止损，全程跟踪改善落地与效果验证，确保问题闭环。
7、对接客户来访事宜，提前梳理客户需求与来访目的，协调厂内各部门及现场做好筹备工作，保障客户稽核与参观顺利进行。
8、负责客户会议资料整理汇总，定期输出日常、周度品质报告，及时向客户同步项目及品质状况。
