岗位职责
1、参与项目需求分析、和对业务的深入了解，设计高效的技术方案；
2、负责基于微服务架构的数据库设计和接口编码工作；
3、能独立解决开发过程中遇到的难点，能对系统性能瓶颈进行分析，并提出优化方案；
4、负责项目架构设计、模块划分和代码编写的详细设计、编码，以及所属开发模块的代码修改；
5、对所编写的程序进行严格的综合测试，进行软件故障诊断、定位、分析和调试，组织内部测试的工作实施；
6、保证程序的性能、安全、效率和可拓展性；
7、参与软件开发和维护过程中重大技术问题的解决，参与软件首次安装调试、数据割接、用户培训。
任职要求
1、大专以上学历，5-10年以上相关工作经验，有一定软件系统及模块的需求分析与设计能力，较强的开发技能；
2、Java基础扎实，理解io、泛型、多线程、集合等Java基础使用和部分实现原理，对JVM原理有一定的了解；
3、精通java开发，逻辑思维缜密，熟练掌握Springboot，mybatis，SpringMvc等主流开发技术,5-10年以上相关工作经验；
4、熟悉MySQL数据库、Redis等的设计、开发、调优；
5、熟悉Maven，git或svn等主流开发工具的使用；
6、熟悉Linux系统常用操作命令，熟悉Nginx、Tomcat等常用软件；
7、有分布式、高并发系统开发经验，掌握性能测试及性能调优技能
8、熟悉COAP和MQTT协议，了解Wi-Fi、NB-IoT、5G、蓝牙、Zigbee等物联网基础接入技术，从事过2G/4G/NB-IOT相关通信开发工作更佳。
