岗位职责
1、参与公司业务系统开发，需求分析、详细设计，并负责完成核心代码编写；
2、独立负责特定业务组件或模块的设计与实现以及性能优化；
3、根据需求和技术规范，编写高质量、可维护的Java代码；
4、对现有产品代码进行检查与优化，并按照产品设计需求进行重构。
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上 Java 开发经验；
2、Java 基础扎实，在多线程、并发方面有丰富的经验；
3、具备架构设计能力，熟练掌握常用的设计模式且有相关使用经验；
4、熟练掌握 Spring Boot 、Spring cloud 、 Mybatis 等常见开发框架，并对相关源码有一定了解；
5、熟练使用 SQL ，熟悉 MySQL 调优技巧，熟练使用 Reids 、 Elasticsearch 且有相关的使用经验；
6、熟悉 Linux 系统及常用命令，网络协议， JVM 、 Tomcat 、 Nginx 等调优；
7、熟练的使用软件版本管理工具 Git ，熟练使用项目构建和管理工具 Maven 等；
8、具有较强的沟通能力、团队协作能力，能够快速学习新技术。
