一、岗位职责
1.业务支持与人才洞察：深入业务部门，协助业务负责人理解人力资源政策与流程，并基于业务发展状态，落地执行公司的各项人力资源政策，为业务发展提供人力支持。
2.人才招聘：根据业务需求与发展节奏，开展总部和区域的招聘计划，为零售、产品等团队招募优质人才，确保招聘效率与人才质量。
3.人才发展与赋能：协助开展新员工入职、产品知识、零售服务等培训项目，帮助员工快速融入并深刻理解品牌理念与产品价值，提升组织能力。
4.员工关系与企业文化推广：协助组织公司各类员工活动，营造积极、开放、有归属感的组织氛围，传递公司核心价值观。
5.数据分析：定期跟踪与分析人力资源相关数据（如人力成本、人效、离职率等），并对比预算进行差异分析，为业务部门提供合理化建议，支持管理决策。
二、任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业优先，英语六级，具备良好的英文听说能力，接受24年25年26年毕业生。
2. 对零售行业或消费品领域有浓厚兴趣，有志于在人力资源领域深耕；具备良好的逻辑分析和数据敏感度，能理解业务逻辑。
3.具备出色的人际沟通与协调能力，能敏锐感知业务部门需求，主动提供人力资源解决方案；能够适应快节奏的行业环境，具备良好的承压能力；具备较强的团队合作精神和亲和力；具备强烈的上进心和快速学习能力。
