3、完成CNC 机床数据采集对接：发那科 / 西门子 / 广数 / 华中数控等设备联网、实时数据采集、状态监控、OEE 计算。
4、搭建DNC 程序管理系统：G 代码集中管理、远程下发、版本管理、取消 U 盘。
5、完成车间数字化看板搭建：设备状态、生产进度、产量、良率、稼动率、异常报警可视化。
二、任职要求（精简、不虚、能干活）
1、熟悉CNC 加工中心工艺流程，有机加零件厂现场经验优先。
2、了解主流数控系统：发那科 / 西门子 / 三菱 / 广数 / 华中数控至少 2 种。
3、了解MES 系统基本逻辑，做过 MES 运维、实施、简单开发或配置优先。
4、了解机床数据采集、DNC、设备联网、OEE 统计优先。
5、能独立处理系统故障、数据异常、现场操作问题。
6、工作认真负责，能驻车间，沟通能力强，能推动数字化落地搭建。
