【工作内容】：
1、参与基础NLP能力建设，如长/短文本分类、关键词挖掘、Embedding等相关技术；
2、负责NLP相关的算法设计、模型训练、模型调优、模型部署等；
3、参与LLM大模型垂直行业应用研发；
4、调研各种基础和前沿语言模型和NLP算法、研究跟踪NLP领域*新发展趋势。
【职位要求】：
1、拥有计算机、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备良好的编程能力，熟练掌握Python，具备实际AI项目经验；
3、熟悉sklearn、nltk、jieba、PyTorch、TensorFlow等NLP库和深度学习开发框架，熟练掌握numpy、pandas等数据处理框架；
4、有NLP相关AI落地项目经验者优先；
5、有NLP大模型训练经验者优先，如BERT、 GPT等LLM等相关经验优先；
6、熟悉向量数据库、知识图谱优先。
