职位概述
根据光伏、风电等新能源项目建设需求，按照国家关于光伏、风电等新能源项目安全、质量、环保相关法律、法规、规程、规范和技术标准及甲方管理要求，为项目提供提供安全生产管理、检查、评估评价、咨询等服务。
工作职责
1.按照要求参加项目组织的安全教育培训，并考试合格。
2.督促参建单位落实进场人员三级安全教育培训、人员体检、保险缴纳、特种作业人员资质审查等相关要求。
3.督促服务项目参建单位进行危险有害因素辨识并评价，制定预防措施，编制危险有害因素评价表和重大危险有害因素清单。
4.如实记录检查出的隐患，建立台账，并按规定督促责任单位进行整改，对整改情况进行验收闭环。
5.知晓重大安全隐患判定标准及防范措施，督促责任单位开展重大事故隐患进行治理并监督落实。
6.检查参建单位应急物资配备及日常管理情况，指导及参加参建单位开展的应急演练，建立有效的应急管理体系。
7.督促施工单位按照规范要求落实现场安全文明施工及标准化建设。
8.对现场检查发现问题通知监理单位或报项目部对责任单位进行考核。
任职要求:
1、工程类相关专业大专及以上学历，具备具备项目施工安质环管理经验，能接受加班(若有加班情况，可调休);
2、硬性条件:必须持有有安全管理C证及以上资质；
3、执有C1及以上驾驶证，能熟练驾驶手动挡车辆者优先;
4、服从管理，动手能力强，不怕吃苦，踏实肯干；
5、自带车辆者提供车辆补助，补助面议。
