一、岗位职责：
1.负责公司生产过程中的环境、健康与安全管理，确保所有操作符合国家及地方的安全法规。
2.组织拟订EHS相关规章制度、操作规程和应急预案。
3.组织EHS相关教育和培训，如实记录教育和培训情况。
4.组织开展危险源辨识和评估，督促落实较大及以上危险源的安全管理措施。
5.组织各项应急救援演练。
6.检查安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。
7.制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为。
8.督促落实安全生产整改措施。
9. 建立职业健康管理体系，落实有害作业岗位员工岗前、岗中、离岗职业健康检查，建立有害作业员工职业监护档案。
10.开展消防设备、应急设备的日常管理和点检。
11.组织开展各项环保管理，督促落实固体废弃物、废气及废水处理设施的管理。
12.负责对接应急管理、生态环境、消防、卫生监督等政府部门，应对各项政府及其他第三方检查。
13.领导安排的其他任务。
二、任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，环境、安全相关专业优先考虑；
2. 3年以上制造型企业EHS工作经验，有环评、环保管理经验者优先；
3. 熟悉EHS相关法律法规，熟悉当地政府部门办事流程者更佳;
