职责描述：
1、根据公司的产品/项目要求，承担开发任务，按计划完成任务目标，并保证交付品的质量；
2、能够独立设计、开发模块（子系统）；
3、根据公司的产品/项目文档要求编制相关的文档。
任职要求：
1、熟练使用Python，熟悉面向对象编程, 熟悉 Django、fastAPI框架、DRF框架、orm；
2、了解python常用第三方库NumPy、Pandas、celery、requests、bs4等
3、熟悉Linux，有在Linux环境下编程的经验；
4、熟悉MYSQL/Nosql开发，了解redis的应用场景，了解项目部署，了解Nginx配置、会使用docker部署项目；
5、了解基本的前端知识，例如html、css、js；
6、良好的代码风格，熟悉并遵守Python编码规范；
7、熟悉git版本管理工具，具备多人协同开发的工作经验；
8、熟悉AI相关工具Langchain、Dify等开源框架以及Milvus优先。
9、对AI行业有浓厚兴趣，熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG（检索增强生成）、COT（思维链）、Agent、工具调用等大模型相关技术优先
