杭州 process engineer jobs (salary & requirements)

Requirement:
 Bachelor’s degree above, with majin Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Polymer Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. A Master’s degree a Bachelor’s combined with an MBA/MEM is preferred.
 3~5 years of related experience as a production, process, quality engineer in a thermoplastics manufacturing environment.
 Hands-on experience in compounding equipment instruments is a plus.
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills to influence internal external resources.
 Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, IATF16949) Quality Tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA).
 Good verbal written communication capability in English;
 Self-motivated team player with strong ownership, able to work effectively under pressure.
