岗位职责:
1、负责业务系统、管理平台及相关服务端应用的设计、开发与维护。根据产品需求完成后端功能模块、接口及业务逻辑开发。
2、参与系统架构设计、技术方案评审、数据库结构设计及服务拆分。负责分布式系统的设计、开发与维护，保障系统的高可用、高性能和可扩展性。
3、负责系统性能优化、稳定性建设及线上问题排查。
4、与前端、产品、测试及运维团队协作，保障项目按时、高质量交付。
5、编写和维护接口文档、架构文档及开发规范，参与代码评审和技术分享。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业， 5年以上Java开发经验，扎实的Java SE基础(集合、多线程、I/O等)，熟悉Java 8及以上特性。
2、熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis等主流后端开发框架。
3、熟悉 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，有国产化数据库(达梦等)实际开发经验优先。
4、熟悉 Redis 等缓存技术，熟悉Kafka、Elasticsearch、ClickHouse 等大数据相关技术。
5、具备分布式系统或微服务架构开发经验，能够独立负责分布式服务的设计、开发、部署和维护。
6、具有系统思维，具备良好的代码风格、系统设计、问题分析和跨团队沟通能力。
7、熟悉至少一种 AI 辅助开发工具，如 GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Codex、Claude等，具备独立判断和审查 AI 输出结果的能力。
8、有电力行业相关系统的开发经历、有大型分布式系统、高并发系统或互联网平台开发经验优先。
