【工作内容】
1、主导新能源项目全生命周期EHS管理体系建设，制定并优化安全环保管理制度与操作规程；
2、负责现场重大危险源辨识与风险评估，组织隐患排查治理，确保隐患整改闭环管理；
3、策划并实施全员安全教育培训及应急演练，提升团队安全素养与突发事件处置能力；
4、对接政府监管部门及第三方机构，完成合规性评价、排污许可申报及各类审核认证工作；
5、统筹职业健康管理，监督劳动防护用品配备使用，定期开展作业环境监测与数据分析。

【任职要求】
1、环境工程、安全工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，持有注册安全工程师资格证者优先；
2、五年以上新能源行业EHS管理经验，熟悉电池制造、储能电站等场景安全规范；
3、精通国家安全生产法律法规及ISO 14001/45001体系标准，具备独立编写制度文件能力；
4、具备优秀的风险研判能力与沟通协调技巧，能高效推动跨部门安全协作与问题解决；
5、作风严谨务实，抗压能力强，适应生产现场高频次巡检及驻场办公的工作节奏。
