任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年及以上爬虫开发经验。
2. 精通 Python，熟悉并发、多线程、多进程及异步编程模型。
3. 熟悉任意一种关系型数据库和Redis。具备时序数据库使用经验者优先。
4. 熟悉 HTTP 协议与网页数据结构（HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Ajax、JSON 等），具备一定的 JavaScript 逆向能力。
5. 能独立分析和解决爬虫中的技术难点（如验证码识别、IP代理池、请求优化、反爬绕过等），并具备实际工程经验。
6. 熟练使用 BeautifulSoup、XPath 、正则等解析工具，至少掌握一种爬虫框架（如 Scrapy）。
7. 至少精通一种浏览器自动化/爬虫框架（如 Selenium、DrissionPage、Playwright、Pyppeteer），并有实战经验。
8. 熟悉 Linux 环境，具备 Docker 容器化使用经验。
9. 有 RPA 工具使用经验者优先考虑。
