1、正在运行的装置内微生物系统检测：取样，菌数检测；装置内菌群实验室筛分，定向培养。
2、从自然界选取功能菌落，筛选功能菌，小试培养功能菌。
3、功能菌种性能实验。
4、通过中试扩培，给出工业培养的方法。
5、全程指导功能菌发酵生产、项目生物系统维护操作。
6、向客户演示、介绍公司的功能菌及功效。
任职要求：
1、能独立完成菌种采集、筛分、定向培养、小型实验装置扩培。
2、
3、生物技术本科及以上，生物学实验室工作经验2年以上，
4、能在主管人员的指导下撰写实验数据分析技术报告，并提出进一步的实验方案，并依据全年工作规划，对阶段性的工作目标列出清晰的计划。
5、依据实验、检测结果，向工程技术人员提供菌种发酵生产工艺操作参数、项目生物系统维护操作建议。
6、有基本的生物学实验室生物安全管理常识。
7、工作经验与公司技能需求100%重叠。
8、间歇性项目现场出差：菌种取样，装置内生物系统运行情况观察分析并给出操作建议；偶然发生的夜班。
