任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java 服务端开发经验。
2、熟悉Java相关开发技术，掌握常用的设计模式和开发框架，如SpringBoot、SpringMVC等。
3、熟悉数据库技术，如MySQL等，具备一定的数据库性能优化能力。
4、熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列等中间件及容器技术，如Redis、RocketMQ、TiDB、k8s、docker等。
5、具备良好的编码习惯和团队协作能力，能独立解决技术问题。
6、具备强烈的责任心，能承受工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。
7、有大规模分布式系统开发经验或高并发处理经验者优先、熟悉 AI 应用和大模型开发经验者优先
