(一)岗位职责：
1.负责所在区域的代理商渠道开拓工作，与渠道代理商建立、维护合作关系。
2.协助代理商渠道处理客户销售问题。
3.负责对所辖区域代理商进行业务拓展知识的培训，及对代理商提供专业的咨询。
（二）岗位要求：
1.男女不限，年龄23岁至40岁；
2.大专学历（优秀人员可放宽），1年以上销售经验。
3.善于市场运营与渠道布局，新市场开发能力强。
4.具备较强的沟通能力、表达能力、应变能力及协调能力；
5.具备积极主动而强有力的开拓、坚持、责任精神。
6、目标导向，具备在高强压力下出色完成任务的能力；
7、不怯场，在陌生的环境能够打造良好的沟通氛围；
(三）薪资待遇：
1、弹性工作制，试用期两个月，试用期无责底薪+提成。转正后薪酬一般在1W—3W以上，不封顶；薪酬构成为保底薪资、业务提成、节假福利等；
2、晋升路线：渠道经理—高级渠道经理—资深渠道经理—首席渠道经理—城市经理负责人
