岗位职责：
1、设计、开发和维护高效、可复用且可靠的服务器端应用程序

6、解决生产环境中的问题，快速响应并修复Bug，保障系统的稳定运行
7、持续改进现有系统架构，提升系统的扩展性和可靠性
8、探索并引入新的技术栈和工具，促进团队的技术进步
任职要求：
1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历
2、至少3年后端开发经验
3、熟练掌握至少一种主流后端编程语言（如Java, Python, Go, Node.js等）
4、对数据库理论有深刻理解，熟练使用SQL和NoSQL数据库（如MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB等），具备数据库设计能力
5、了解消息队列（如RabbitMQ, Kafka）和缓存系统（如Redis, Memcached）的使用场景和配置方法
6、具备良好的计算机科学基础，包括但不限于算法、数据结构、操作系统原理等
7、熟悉版本控制系统（如Git），了解持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD）流程
8、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在快节奏环境中有效工作
