岗位职责
负责大型分布式系统及高并发、高可用中间件(缓存、消息队列、RPC框架、配置中心等)的架构设计、核心代码开发及系统优化。
主导关键技术选型及难点攻关，解决系统在性能、稳定性、扩展性方面的深度挑战，推动技术创新在团队内落地，平衡技术先进性与业务价值。制定并推行基础组件与中间件的技术规范、研发流程及*佳实践。

任职要求
1、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java和中间件或基础核心架构设计经验。精通Java生态及主流框架，深入掌握分布式系统原理，熟悉Redis、RocketMQ、Dubbo、Nacos等中间件的原理和应用。
2、具备复杂分布式系统架构设计能力。
3、对技术有强烈热情，具备优秀的技术判断力、前瞻性、逻辑思维能力及学习能力;
4、拥有良好的团队沟通协作能力与高度的责任心。
