3、参与技术架构评审与优化，推动技术创新与*佳实践落地
4、主导技术难点攻关，解决开发过程中的复杂技术问题
5、指导初级开发工程师，提升团队整体技术水平
6、参与需求分析与技术方案设计，提供合理的技术实现建议
任职要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上 Java 开发经验
2、精通 Java 语言及 JVM 原理，熟悉常用设计模式
3、深入理解 Spring Cloud 微服务架构，熟练使用 Eureka/Consul、Feign、Ribbon、Zuul/Gateway、Config 等组件
4、具备高并发、高可用系统设计与开发经验，熟悉分布式事务、分布式锁等解决方案
5、熟练掌握 MySQL 数据库，具备数据库性能优化经验；熟悉NoSQL 数据库（Redis、MongoDB 等）
6、熟悉消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka 等）的使用与原理
7、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，有大型分布式系统开发经验者优先
8、熟悉 Docker 容器化技术及 Kubernetes 者优先
9、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较强的学习能力和抗压能力
