9、传帮带，对成员进行专业知识，产品知识，扩客玩法等进行培训辅导，并做好闭环。
10、完成团队的业绩考核目标。
任职要求：
1、有2年以上相关销售，市场，商务谈判经验:
2、能够独立进行商务谈判;
3、需具备12人+的团队管理能力
4、具有优秀的谈判技巧，思想清晰、有条理
5、有一定抗压能力与强烈的事业进取心。
