3、实时把握UI设计的流行趋势，提出创新策略，作品有独特的视觉表现力，创意新颖
4、关注公司产品，参与产品规划构思，为产品提供专业的美术意见及建议
5、分析业务需求、并加以分解归纳出产品人机交互界面体验设计需求，能够根据不同类型的产品，制作精美的UI界面
岗位要求：
1、3年以上互联网公司设计经验，美术/设计相关专业
2、全程参与过2款以上、主导过至少一款完整APP项目的UI设计者优先考虑
3、熟悉ios和Android和小程序设计规范，并能够进行基础的手绘、UI动效设计能力
4、希望你具备良好的审美能力和优秀的色彩感
5、希望你团队合作力强，有较强的沟通表达能力，能够承受一定的压力和挑战
