6.有 AI 相关开发经验（熟悉 langchain/langgraph 技术栈）优先；
7.具备良好的系统设计、代码规范与工程化意识；
8.责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力和主动推进解决问题的能力。
岗位描述
1.负责需求的分析与开发，完成日常任务开发、测试支持；
2.负责 Python 服务的建设与维护，包括系统性能调优、日志与监控；
3.体系建设、组件升级、漏洞修复及访问控制策略实施；
4.参与 AI 应用组件的开发与支持，包括向量数据库、大模型服务、知识库系统的本地化部署、调试与集成；
5.协助算法相关工作，包括数据标注与预处理、评测本地运行调试。
