岗位职责：
1、对订单交付负责；
2、负责主计划维护，监控，并对变量分析改善；
3、负责监督生产日计划达成，并对落产分析改善；
4、负责统计采购交期达成、对工单齐套负责，控制物料交货计划，提升库存周转率，分析呆滞风险物料并跟进解决；
5、负责监控生产效率和进度情况；组织协调各相关部门解决生产过程的各类进度异常情况，确保生产顺畅；
6、组织修改本部门的工作目标，流程梳理，KPI指标，岗位培训计划，并负责督导制度落实和效果对比；
7、负责落实各项公司制度在本部门的实施和执行，对部门人员用人、考勤、请假、离职、奖惩等的管理；
8、监督维护系统各项功能的正常使用及数据的准确度，处理系统使用过程中的异常及优化系统功能。
9、负责与其他部门的协调工作及领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上制造业PMC管理工作经验；
2、具有丰富的生产计划，物料管理工作经验；
3、熟识供应链作业流程及实战管控经验；
4、具有优秀的领导能力、极强的协调、组织能力及学习能力；
5、重视成本管理，精通excel，熟练ERP系统操作。
