3.完善供应商和IQC检验标准指导书，对供应商及IQC进行辅导培训，输出异常履历，相关协议及变更管理培训；
4.供应商质量月报，FAR报表，信赖性报表的跟催及确认，供应商奖罚措施的实施。
5.定期进行供应商辅导，并协同供应商进行专案改善，提升来料品质。
包括结构件，五金件，塑胶件，PCBA电子料
任职要求：
1、全日制大专及以上学历，电子、工业工程类等相关专业；
2、熟悉结构件过程的工艺过程及质量管控，熟悉行业以及可靠性标准；
3、具有现场快速决策能力、擅长供应商关系管理、具备良好的产品知识，品质管理专业技能；
4、工作责任心强，有良好的组织协调能力。
