任职资格:
1.良好的Java/C++语言基础，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，熟悉设计模式；
2.熟悉Android基础架构、组件、UI、性能优化、内存优化等，对于Android的新版本新特性有一定程度的了解；
3.熟悉Android系统框架，Framework service，熟悉下列一个或多个模块机制原理AMS、WMS、SurfaceFlinger、View体系架构等，或其他Framework模块有开发经验者优先，或者具有丰富Android应用开发经验，且对framework学习和开发有强烈兴趣；
4.熟练使用常用调试工具AndroidStudio、Eclipse、GDB，具备良好的分析解决问题的能力，能独立承担任务，有良好的进度把控能力；
5.对android稳定性问题有一定的经验，ANR，crash，watchdog问题要熟练掌握；
6.具备良好的团队精神和沟通意识，责任心强，工作认真细致，有良好的抗压能力。
