Responsibilities
1.Responsible fthe full-stack design, development implementation of our derivatives exchange platform using microservice-based components.
2.Work closely with product management team to continuously optimize existing develop new models/products/algorithms, participating in code audit, testing release.
3.Build a rapidly deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration delivery capabilities.
4.Identify backend infrastructure platform issues implement solutions.
5.Analyze solve cross-stack problems.
6.Collaborate with security team to build operate highly secure scalable infrastructure backend services.
7.Participate in managing all code functional implementation documentation.
Additional Responsibility
8.Work with DevOps team to continuously upgrade technology stack.

Requirements
1.5+ years of Java programming experience.
Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, FX/derivatives market.
Familiar with TDD methodology automated testing experience.
Strong pursuit of excellence, attention to detail sense of responsibility.
Open to challenges with strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure adapt to rapid industry changes.
Derivatives experience is a plus.
