岗位职责：
1.承担系统核心功能代码编写，项目架构设计研发；
2.负责设计和搭建软件系统架构（平台、数据库、接口和应用架构等），解决开发中各种系统架构问题；
3.持续优化现有系统的性能，解决软件系统平台关键技术问题攻关、核心功能模块设计；
4.营造技术学习氛围，带领团队不断完善开发方法及流程，提升开发效率与质量，加强技术标准及规范；
5.对技术部人员进行新技术的培训，让技术部同事能尽快适应新技术。

岗位要求：
1.计算机相关专业，5年以上JAVA开发经验，2年以上中大型JAVA软件项目技术管理经验；
2.熟悉Java及J2EE规范，对OOP有深刻的理解；掌握面向对象软件分析、设计方法，熟悉设计模式；
3.对主流框架有深入理解（SpringBoot、SpringMVC、SpringData、SpringCloud，SpringAI）等；
4.熟悉MySQL、Redis、PgSQL、Elasticsearch，MQ等数据库开发优化，有较好的数据建模设计能力；
5.熟练使用常用的开发部署工具熟悉Linux常用命令、Java调优组件，能独立在系统上进行测试及部署；
6.了解常用工业数据交互协议，如ModbusTCP、Mqtt，LoRa工业数据采集协议
6.责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心，乐于帮助同事；
7.有企业ERP BPM SRM系统开发经验者优先。
