岗位职责：
1. 负责项目、平台核心组件分析、设计、开发
2. 负责项目的核心代码编写。参与基础框架的搭建与改进；
3. 参与系统架构设计、接口规范制定，按项目管理规范编写相应的技术文档；

5. 负责跟进系统安全、稳定、维护和性能优化等工作；

任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，至少3年以上java实际项目开发经验；
2. 规范的代码风格，熟悉主流开源应用框架，如Spring、SpringMVC、iBatis、mybatis等，熟悉maven配置；
3. 深刻理解Spring Cloud 微服务技术栈，有实际应用Spring Cloud进行微服务项目开发的实战经验者优先；
4. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，有主流的MQ产品、RPC框架；
5. 主流的SQL和NoSQL的实战经验，熟悉达梦、南大通用、人大金仓数据库性能优化常识；有国产化改造经验优先。
6. 至少熟悉Nginx、Redis、ES、Zookeeper、Kafka、activeMQ等2种相关技术；
7. 热爱技术，对技术有不懈的追求，喜欢研究开源代码，良好的学习能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
