具备扎实的 Android 开发经验，熟悉 Java 或 Kotlin，能够维护和重构已有 Android 项目。
熟悉 Android 常见组件、网络通信、数据存储、后台服务等开发场景。
具备一定 Java 后端开发能力，了解前后端分离开发模式。
熟悉常见数据库、网络通信和 Linux/Ubuntu 基础操作。
具备良好的代码规范、工程化意识、文档意识和团队协作能力。
具备较强的问题分析能力，能够定位和解决开发、联调、部署中的问题。
