工作职责：
1、负责游戏客户端核心模块的设计、开发和维护，包括但不限于：游戏框架搭建、资源管理、网络通信、UI系统、动画系统、特效系统、性能优化
2、客户端技术选型，对项目用到的技术解决方案做前瞻性的规划
3、与主美、主策、TA共同制定美术资源制作规范
4、与策划、美术、服务器端工程师紧密合作，确保游戏功能实现和性能达标
5、管理客户端开发团队，制定编码规范，确立工作流，分配任务，并严格督导实施和验收
6、编写高质量、可维护的代码，并进行代码审查
7、解决游戏开发过程中遇到的技术难题
8、关注行业*新技术动态，并尝试将其应用到项目中
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2、5 年以上 Unity3D 游戏开发经验，至少参与过一款完整上线游戏的开发
3、精通 C# 编程语言，熟悉面向对象和组件编程思想
4、熟悉 Unity3D 引擎架构和核心模块，包括但不限于：资源加载和管理、网络通信、动画系统、粒子系统、UI系统
5、熟悉常用的数据结构和算法
6、具备良好的代码风格和文档习惯
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
8、具备较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力
