工作职责
1. 负责游戏内战斗、任务、大世界、系统任一模块的测试，深入分析产品需求，提前发现并规避潜在问题，设计全面的测试点和测试用例，确保对游戏的各个功能和特性进行充分覆盖；
2. 承接部分测试工具的维护和开发工作，运用编程技能（如 Python、lua等）编写自动化测试脚本和测试工具，提高测试效率和测试覆盖率，减少人工测试的工作量和误差；
3. 在测试工作中熟练使用UE5引擎工具、策划数据配置检查、美术资源检查、性能工具等。

任职要求
1. 有至少5年游戏测试经验，独立负责过核心或大型功能测试优先；
2. 熟练掌握各类游戏测试方法，可较快速熟悉业务测试流程；
3. 热爱游戏，有丰富的ARPG/ACT游戏经历，能持续输出游戏体验与易用性的优化建议；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作，思维敏捷、逻辑清晰、执行力强、工作责任心强、抗压能力强，能够承受一定强度的工作压力并在规定时间内完成测试任务；
5. 快速的学习能力，能够及时掌握新的测试技术和游戏业务知识，不断优化测试方法和流程。
