岗位概述：
本岗位为业务导向型财务BP，前期以费用、往来及账务实操为主，随着业务发展逐步承担收入成本、预算统筹及经营分析支持。
需要既能独立完成账务，又能理解业务、支持经营。
工作职责：
1、负责费用报销、往来款审核、制单及账务处理，确保账实相符；
2、随业务发展，逐步负责收入、成本核算及成本分析；
3、参与年度、季度预算编制与调整，统筹各部门预算数据；
4、参与经营分析会，提供财务分析与业务支持；
5、按需对接银行（授信/贷款）及税务部门（频率较低）；
6、完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，财务/会计相关专业；
2、中级会计师及以上职称（必备）；
3、5年以上财务经验，生产制造业经验不少于3年；
4、具备完整做账能力，且实际做过成本核算；
5、细心、耐心、执行力强，能下场做具体事务；
6、具备一定业务理解能力，能与业务部门协同。
