职责描述：
1、协助梳理业务需求，进行需求分析，提供技术规划及设计方案；
2、主动负责并参与项目开发、重构、优化，根据业务规划及技术规划制定应用系统设计；
3、主动参与业务及系统功能的开发与组件代码编写，开发与维护系统功能及业务功能；
4、发现和解决业务系统技术问题，保证系统质量、性能和稳定性；
5、团队内外部沟通协作，确保系统架构内外设计合理或保障项目质量与进度。

任职要求：
1、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上Java开发经验，熟悉主流开发框架，如Spring技术栈，Springcloud，Mybatis等；
3、Java基础扎实，了解常用的设计模式，了解I/O、多线程、集合等基础框架，理解Java虚拟机原理；
4、熟练Mysql等数据库开发与设计，熟悉Mysql常见语法；
5、熟悉常见的分布式中间件，如Redis，ElasticSearch，Kafka等，至少对其中一种有较深入的理解；
6、具备良好的需求分析能力、业务和技术方案设计能力，思路清晰，具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力；
7、具备客服系统，保险相关项目系统设计和开发经验者优先；
