岗位职责：
1、负责营销、交易系统核心架构设计，参与需求分析，撰写相关技术设计文档
2、能从营销、交易全链路深入思考，沉淀行业无关化通用能力等，支撑多行业的复杂业务场景，为业务创造价值
3、参与系统稳定性保障体系的建设，包括系统风险识别与优化、稳定性工具沉淀，保障大促及平时业务系统稳定、高效运转
4、负责协调上下游团队，推动项目高效、有序落地

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，扎实的专业基本功，强大的编码能力
2、熟练掌握Java或者Golang等一种或多种编程语言，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范
3、熟练使用互联网开发常用技术（分布式存储、计算、消息队列等），了解原理或有优化经验更佳
4、熟悉常用分布式系统架构，掌握领域驱动等设计思想，有大型复杂分布式系统的设计和开发经验，注重服务可用性与扩展性
5、学习能力强，问题分析定位及解决能力强，质量意识高，良好的团队沟通协作能力，抗压能力强
6、有较强的逻辑思维能力和业务理解能力，善于分析、归纳、描述、沟通、和解决问题
