任职要求:
1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java开发经验。
2、精通Java编程，理解面向对象编程（OOP）和设计模式。
3、熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、Hibernate、MyBatis等框架，具备微服务架构经验。
4、具备关系型数据库（如MySQL、PostgreSQL）和非关系型数据库（如Redis、MongoDB）设计和优化能力。
5、熟练使用Git进行版本控制，具备前端开发基础知识（HTML、CSS、JavaScript）。
6、具备单元测试和集成测试经验，了解JUnit、TestNG等测试框架。
7、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够解决复杂技术问题。
