1.负责制程不良的追溯
2.针对制程不良的调查与改善跟进
3.统筹每天的实验室检验和试验结果，并向上级报告；
4.组织质量会议，对不合格产品制定纠正和预防措施
5.负责协调就检验和试验结果与相关部门的协调
6.负责质检员人员的绩效考核
7.负责供应商质量投诉与定期评估
8.负责来料检验

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，有1-3年质量制程相关经验者优先，有质量体系工作经验者优先；
2. 有较强的沟通协调能力，具备良好的分析及谈判能力；
3. 良好的数理统计分析能力，会使用常用的质量工具。
4. 长白班8:30-20:30，月休4-5天
