岗位职责：
1、参与海外直播平台后端功能模块的设计与开发，包括用户中心、礼物系统、弹幕互动、数据统计等；
2、编写高质量代码，配合完成接口设计与联调，确保系统高可用性和扩展性；
3、优化数据库（MySQL/MongoDB/clickhouse）查询性能，参与分库分表、缓存策略设计与实施；
4、协助排查线上问题，保障直播业务在高峰期的稳定运行；
5、支持海外业务本地化需求（如多语言、时区适配、第三方服务集成）。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上JAVA开发经验；
2、掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis等框架，熟悉Restful API设计与开发；
3、熟悉MySQL数据库设计与优化，了解Redis缓存、消息队列（RocketMQ/RabbitMQ/Kafka）基础应用；
4、熟悉Linux环境部署与调试，掌握Git/Maven等开发工具；
5、具备良好的编码习惯和文档编写能力，能适应敏捷开发流程。

加分项：
1、具有直播、音视频、即时通讯类项目开发经验；
2、熟悉海外业务开发流程（如AWS/GCP部署、国际化方案）；
3、了解基础前端技术（HTML/JS）或DevOps工具（Jenkins/Docker）。
