5、较强的表达和沟通能力，工作认真、严谨、敬业，对系统质量有近乎苛刻的要求意识。有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心。

1、熟悉分布式. 多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；
2、熟悉电子商务、金融行业相关业务，并具备核心系统设计与研发经验的优先考虑；
