任职要求

必备条件：

1.扎实的Java基础，熟悉多线程、JVM、设计模式及主流框架（Spring/SpringBoot）；

2.熟悉常用中间件（如Redis、RocketMQ、Dubbo等）；

3.责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；

4.三年以上Java开发经验，能独立承担复杂模块开发任务。

优先条件：

1.有Apache Flink实时计算框架开发经验；

2.熟悉大数据处理技术栈（如Doris、Hadoop、Spark、HBase等）；

3.具备Kafka消息队列的编程及调优经验；

4.参与过MES(制造执行系统)/QMS(质量管理系统)/WMS(仓储管理系统)/IOT(物联网系统)或相关工业软件项目者优先。
