3. 精通Java语言及其并发编程模型，有深入阅读并发组件源码的经验。
4. 熟练掌握基于Spring Cloud的微服务架构开发，了解Feign、Hystrix、Spring Cloud Gateway等组件的应用。
5. 具有Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL数据库及ElasticSearch、Kafka等中间件的实际应用经验。
6. 熟悉Docker和Kubernetes，拥有云原生微服务架构开发经验。
7. 具备构建和完善研发体系的能力，涵盖代码质量管理、CI/CD实践、测试策略、日志收集、链路追踪和监控预警等方面。
8. 自我驱动能力强，具备强烈的责任感、出色的团队合作精神和沟通技巧。
