【岗位职责】
1. 达人资源开发：负责微信视频号平台达人 / MCN 机构资源的挖掘、筛选与建联，建立符合品牌调性（健发个护、中高端客单）的达人资源库；
2. 商务合作洽谈：独立完成商务谈判，制定合作方案，洽谈佣金机制、合作排期与合同条款，推动合作落地；
3. 直播合作全流程：统筹达人直播 / 短视频带货全链路，包括选品、寄样、机制制定、排期对接、跟播落地；
4. 数据跟进与复盘：跟进带货 GMV、ROI 等核心数据，定期复盘分析，优化达人合作结构与投放策略；
5. 客情维护：维护优质达人长期合作关系，推动复投与深度绑定，及时处理合作中的问题；
6. 协同联动：与私域运营、内容团队协同，结合视频号生态（公众号 + 私域）放大品牌转化。

【任职要求】
1. 1-3 年电商 BD / 媒介 / 达人运营经验，有视频号、抖音达人资源者优先；
2. 熟悉视频号带货生态，了解直播 / 短视频合作机制与结算逻辑；
3. 具备较强的商务谈判能力、沟通协调能力和目标达成意识；
4. 对数据敏感，能独立完成带货数据分析和复盘；
5. 有个护仪器、美妆、大健康类目经验，或医美 / 械字号产品背景者优先；
6. 抗压能力强，适应达人直播节奏，责任心强。

【加分项】
- 自带视频号 / 抖音达人资源或 MCN 人脉；
- 有私域 + 视频号联动运营经验。
