岗位职责：
精通 Unity（C#）开发，能够独立进行跨平台插件调用。
熟悉 iOS 原生开发（Objective-C/Swift）与 Android 原生开发（Java/Kotlin）。
有实际经验处理以下至少 2 类功能：

视频采集/播放/推流
定位服务
音频采集、实时语音通话（如基于 WebRTC/RTC SDK）
蓝牙（尤其 BLE）连接与通信协议
Wi-Fi 局域网通信、UDP/TCP Socket
能够独立设计 Unity 原生端的通信结构（bridge/message/回调机制）。
熟悉移动设备权限系统、系统 API 调用、线程与性能优化。

加分项
有独立开发并发布过跨平台插件的经验。
熟悉 WebRTC、FFmpeg 等多媒体相关技术。
熟悉蓝牙自定义协议、低功耗蓝牙调试经验。
对 IoT、可穿戴硬件、AR/VR 等领域有兴趣或经验。
