岗位职责：
1、参与公司三大 AI 硬件配套后端系统开发维护，基于 Python + FastAPI 搭建、迭代业务接口；
2、使用 MySQL 完成数据表设计、索引优化、数据增删改查，负责业务数据存储、多表关联查询、批量数据统计报表开发；针对设备上报海量时序数据做基础数据清洗与存储优化；
3、参与个人项目 / 业务需求文档评审，编写接口文档、单元测试，修复线上 bug，优化接口响应速度，保障设备端、管理后台、小程序端数据稳定交互。
4、整理、维护项目代码仓库（GitHub/GitLab），规范提交记录；参与技术复盘，沉淀通用工具类、基础业务组件。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，大三大四 / 研一研二优先；
2、熟练掌握 Python 基础语法，能独立完成业务逻辑开发；
3、熟悉 MySQL 数据库，掌握建表、索引、联表查询、事务、基础 SQL 优化，了解数据建模思路；
4、掌握 FastAPI Web 后端框架，理解路由、依赖注入、Pydantic 参数校验、异步接口等核心用法；
5、理解机器学习 / 深度学习基础概念（数据集、模型推理、特征处理、训练 / 预测流程），能够看懂基础算法代码，可配合算法工程师完成 AI 服务对接；
6、熟悉 Git 版本控制，有完整可展示项目作品：
7、加分项：GitHub 有开源 / 个人后端项目、课程大作业、AI 数据处理项目；数学建模、蓝桥杯、计算机设计大赛、人工智能类竞赛参赛 / 获奖经历。
