岗位职责
1、搭建机器人数据采集平台，支持多模态数据采集（视觉、语音、动作、力觉等）；
2、制定数据采集方案和流程，包括实验设计、标注规范、数据清洗与存储；
3、研发高效的数据采集与管理工具，保证数据的完整性、一致性和可追溯性；
4、协助算法团队构建人机交互、智能控制与行为识别模型所需的数据集。
任职要求
1、计算机、自动化、机器人学、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉机器人传感器（RGB-D 相机、IMU、力/触觉传感器等）及的使用与集成；
3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（Python/C++/C#），具备数据采集、接口开发和实验系统搭建经验；
4、了解常见的数据存储、管理和标注方法，具备数据处理与分析能力；
5、具备良好的团队协作能力和跨部门沟通能力，能够独立推动数据采集相关任务；
6、有机器人数据采集、虚拟现实实验设计、人机交互研究经验者优先。

了解 ROS / ROS2 及机器人系统集成；
有科研项目经历或相关论文/专利成果；
对人类行为建模、认知计算或人机交互有浓厚兴趣。
